Development notes on the upcoming game Red Dead Redemption 2 were leaked to TrustedReviews. They received the documents months ago but believed the documents could’ve been fake until official Rockstar announcements validated two main character designs. The screenshots of the leaked and official images can be found on their website. The design documents state there will be a Battle Royale game mode similar to Battlegrounds, as well as modes called “Revive and Survive” which pits two teams against each other with the ability to revive teammates, and “Money Grab” which is essentially a capture-the-flag style game.
It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star, Glenn Howerton, and Patton Oswalt took to Reddit for a community Q&A for their NBC show A.P. Bio. The show sees Glenn as a crazy High School teacher and ex-Harvard philosophy professor, and Patton as the push-over principal trying to keep him under control. The show doesn’t officially air until March 1st, but you can watch the first 3 episodes on Hulu or NBC’s website. Our favorite question revealed fans want Patton Oswalt to guest star on an episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia as a McPoyle. Surprisingly, Patton and Glenn are both onboard, so we may see a surprise appearance in the next season of the show.

It has been discovered that over 500,000 PC’s have been infected with a malware that mines cryptocurrency. The malware network infected computers using an NSA exploit called EternalBlue which was used last year to execute a massive ransomware strike. The botnet started infecting computers in mid-2017 and mines the cryptocurrency Minero for its owner. The coins it has mined is valued over $3.5 million dollars. It’s reported that Microsoft already patched the exploit in Windows 10, so make sure to keep your systems up to date to avoid attacks like this.
Researchers at the University of Edinburgh have successfully grown human eggs to maturity for the first time ever. This was done with mouse eggs 20 years ago, but human eggs have proven much more complicated. While the process is inefficient, with only 10% of the specimen’s surviving the treatment, it’s a very exciting moment for experts. Growing eggs in a laboratory could eventually be used for people who suffer from childhood cancer. The process of cancer treatment risks sterilizing the patient so they can no longer have children of their own, so being able to take eggs from a child with cancer and mature them in a lab can allow them to still have kids of their own one day. However, we are still a long way from optimizing this technology.
